P&C Association

Welcome to the Cooma North Public School Parents and Citizen's Association

What we do:

The Cooma North P&C consists of parents, teachers and community members interested in promoting and supporting our school and the educational, sporting and social outcomes of our students.

We volunteer our time and contribute through fundraising activities; active engagement and speaking up for our students and families; and participation in all aspects of school life.

We work closely with school to help our students, with a representative on the PBL/KidsMatter committee and members who are involved with MultiLit, school sports and other activities.

Each year we make financial contributions to school activities and resources that support our children.  We also manage the School Canteen

Our priorities for 2019 are:

·         New members and new ideas – we are keen to ensure that the P&C represents the school community and would like to see new faces at our meetings or helping out with activities this year.

.         New ways to support the school – for the past few years we have contributed to new readers and quality texts for the classrooms as well as uniforms for our representative teams for example. This year we are looking at new ways to support the school – ideas welcome.

Who we are:

The P&C Executive organise and attend meetings and undertake key roles to ensure the P&C runs effectively.

We'd like to hear from you:

We always welcome new members and appreciate new ideas and contributions from our school community.
